Ying Goes Deep Twice in 6-2 BayStars Win
YDNA right fielder Guan-xiu Ying had 5 ribbies while helping his team defeat the YT Swallows, 6-2. Shota Imanaga picked up the win with 6 innings of work. He allowed 2 runs on 6 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 9. On the season, he is now 6-6. Hiromu Ise was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 1 of 1 save opportunities.

Ying had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 1-2 slider from Noboru Shimizu, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the BayStars a 5-2 lead. It was the 18th home run of the year for Ying.
