Incheon Braves starter Kiyoshi Matsuzaki pitched a strong game against the Daegu Planets at Oyama Athlete Park Baseball Stadium, leading the Braves to victory, 4-3. The winner in relief was Shohei Numata. He is now 3-1. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2.1 innings. With the win, the Braves hiked their record to 51-31.

Juan Rivera was the walk-off hero for Incheon. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Braves designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," Rivera said.
