Montebon Batters Buenos Aires S A for 5 Hits Friday, August 1st , 2110 It was a high-five day for Orliber Montebon, at least for a while. The Rome S A center fielder got plenty of them from his teammates when he reached the five-hit milestone during today's game against the Buenos Aires S A Border Cats, but they were in short supply at the end, as Buenos Aires S A took a 10-9 win. Montebon finished with an impressive 5-for-8 line, but the Fire Fighters couldn't hold off the Border Cats. "Orliber was hitting everything," said Fire Fighters manager Roberto Bustamante. "It's too bad the other guys couldn't rise to the occasion."
