Abdul Touches All the Bases, Hits for Cycle Wednesday, July 30th , 2110 The Monaco Princes topped the Lima S A Diablos by a score of 24-4 at Lima S A Grounds today but all the talk was on third baseman Zakariyya Abdul. The Monaco star hit for the cycle in a show-stealing performance, powering his club to the win. Abdul went 6-for-7, collecting 2 singles, 2 doubles, 1 triple and 1 home run to go along with 4 RBI and 7 runs scored. "I felt comfortable at the plate in a way I haven't felt all season," Abdul said after the game. "It was like they were throwing beach balls at me - the ball seemed that big. And it just floated in." Zakariyya Abdul singled in the 1st, tripled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, grounded out in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Majdy Sadaqat in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
