Cap-Haitien's Rassul to Miss Season
Saturday, May 30th , 2111
Cap-Haitien reliever Hamed Rassul could miss the remainder of the season because of a torn ulnar collateral ligament. He exited yesterday's Cardiff game after injuring himself while throwing a pitch. The original diagnosis said Rassul would be out 11-12 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that."

Here are his stats for this season: Rassul has chalked up no saves and fashioned a record of 0 wins and 0 losses with a 2.53 ERA. He has made 6 relief appearances, thrown 10.2 innings and struck out 6.
