Minh Batters Medellin for 5 Hits

There are moments in a player's career that they will not soon forget.
Tiet Minh of the Sofia Enforcers had one such moment at Ballpark of Chai Nat, when he went 5 for 5 at the plate. His hitting heroics weren't enough to pull out the victory, however, and Sofia succumbed to defeat, 8-7, to the Medellin Swordsmen.
"This was quite a day for me individually, but a little disheartening at the same time," the 21-year-old shortstop told reporters in the postgame interview. "It would have been very special if we had won the game."
Tiet Minh hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Isaias Ulibarri in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
Minh is hitting at a .382 mark this season. His stats show 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored. He has played 21 games for the Enforcers.
