Jaguars Get Thrilling 4-3 Win
Fans saw a dandy of a game between the Cusco Jaguars and Paris Revolution.

The 4-3 Cusco win over Paris was due largely to Jawhar Gamal. The Jaguars pitcher threw 8.0 innings of 6-hit ball. Cusco reliever Linhart Roth picked up the win, upping his record to 5-3. Allvaro Centeno was saddled with the loss.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Cusco second baseman Fahd bin Majdy, facing Allvaro Centeno, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Jaguars the 4-3 win.

"I like what I saw today," said Cusco manager Mas Lamaalem, "and I can't wait to get back out there and do it again."

Cusco, at 50-50, sits in third place in the Western League South American.
