White Sox Luna Gone for Year Sunday, August 13th , 2028 A blow for Vicente Luna today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 11-12 months with a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. Luna suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Chicago A (DSL) White Sox are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Luna's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. On the season, Luna has a 1-0 record with a 0.84 ERA. |
