Noria Strokes 5 Hits
Tuesday, August 4th , 2026
5 times is the charm -- at least for Franyer Noria.
The Boston (DSL) Red Sox Blue second baseman tore up the San Francisco (DSL) Giants Black to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Felipe Rojas Alou Complex. The offensive onslaught from Noria powered the 7-0 Red Sox Blue win.
"Noria was a tough out," San Francisco (DSL) manager Rich Pratt said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."
Franyer Noria singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, walked in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th.
Looking at his stats this year, Noria has compiled a .379 batting average, while hitting 2 home runs and driving in 41 runs. He has played in 43 games and scored 48 runs.
