Season Ends for Erick Reyes of Chicago A (DSL) Saturday, August 9th , 2025 The season is ending on a bad note for Erick Reyes, shortstop for the Chicago A (DSL) White Sox. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Reyes was hurt against the Texas (DSL) Rangers Blue while throwing the ball. He suffered a damaged elbow ligament and will be out for at least 7 months. This year, Reyes has collected a .242 batting average to date with 32 hits in 132 at-bats, 19 RBIs, 3 home runs and scored 20 times. He has played in 39 games. |
