League Punishes Pair for Fighting Sunday, June 11th , 2028 If there wasn't a history between George Bryner Rogers of New York A (FCL) and Liam Madden of Houston (FCL), then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 5 and 6 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Rogers said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." Thus far this year, Rogers is hitting .140 with 2 home runs, 3 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year, Madden has a 1-2 record with a 10.90 ERA. |
