Jim Turben Injured, Out for Season Tuesday, July 6th , 2027 When Jim Turben was hurt against the St. Louis (FCL) Cardinals, the Miami (FCL) Marlins were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 17-year-old starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Turben would miss 6 months of the season. |
