Season Possibly Over for Jonathan Daniel Saturday, September 9th , 2028 Jonathan Daniel will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Lynchburg starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Daniel was injured while throwing a pitch in the Hillcats-Nationals clash at New Fredericksburg Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 8-9 months. To date Daniel is 1-7 in 12 starts with a 4.87 ERA and has 46 strikeouts in 61 innings. |
