Loons Heading to Round 2 Friday, September 24th , 2027 A 11-8 triumph at LMCU Ballpark has wrapped up the Round 1 for the Great Lakes Loons. "We're off to the Round 2," said Loons catcher Hunter Feduccia, who was named series MVP after his club eliminated the West Michigan Whitecaps by a series score of 4-2. "You can never take a win in a series like this for granted," he said. The Great Lakes Loons will play against the Quad Cities River Bandits in the next round. Quad Cities won their series against the South Bend Cubs 4 games to 1. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. View Boxscore |
