AL Honors Detroit Left Fielder Monday, September 25th , 2028 Detroit Tigers left fielder Riley Greene had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the American League named him Player of the Week. Greene banged out 8 hits in 20 at-bats on the way to a .400 batting average. He also racked up 5 home runs, 8 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Thus far this year, Greene has hit .279 with 26 home runs and 86 RBIs. |
