Diamondbacks Pull Out Late-Game Win, 8-7
The Arizona Diamondbacks handed the Chicago Cubs a loss at Wrigley Field. The final score was 8-7. Marcell Ozuna made the highlight reel for Arizona. In addition to his 1 single and 1 home run, he scored 3 runs and drove in 1. He also added 2 bases on balls. Arizona reliever Listher Sosa picked up the win to move to 5-1. Luke Little suffered the loss. Zaijiro Takeuchi collected his 5th save.

The result might have been different, had it not been for 26-year old second baseman Jesus Castillo. Castillo had a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Diamondbacks ahead, 6-5. For the game, Castillo had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Arizona manager Luis Alicea.

The win gives Arizona a season record of 76-67.
