Late Rally by Nightmare Locks Up 6-4 Win
Due in large part to right fielder Tim Coates, the Nashville Nightmare sunk the Ypsi Yard Cats, 6-4. Coates belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Reliever Iván Márquez picked up the win. His record improves to 6-3. Glenn Longoria, who finished 3rd in the TTWB in innings pitched with 249.0 in 2063, took the loss. At 83-79, the Nightmare claim 6th place in the To The Wall Baseball Nationalist League.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Coates hit a slider from Glenn Longoria for a 2-run home run. The Nightmare, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"We're producers not directors," said Coates. "Produce a good swing. Can't direct where it goes."
