The Lab hosted an old-fashioned pitchers' duel.

Brawlers pitcher José Ramírez left his imprint on his team's 2-0 win over the Letterkenny Shamrocks. Ramírez threw 6.0 innings of shutout ball for B.C. in the contest. Pete Reynolds was credited with the save for B.C., his 33rd of the season.

B.C. took control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Ramón Colón hit a 2-run single to make it 2-0, Brawlers.

"It wasn't easy, but we got it done," said Colón.

The slumping Shamrocks have dropped 6 in a row.
