Yard Cats Collect 9-6 Win Versus Reykjavik
The Ypsi Yard Cats used the hitting of first baseman Teika Kiyomizu to subdue the Reykjavik Phoenix, 9-6. For the game, Kiyomizu was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 doubles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The winning pitcher was Aaron Clay. He tossed 96 pitches over 5.2 innings, allowing 1 run on 2 hits.
