The Wicker Park Devil Cats beat the Dam Site Drifters by a score of 4-3. Wicker Park catcher Carlton Wilson deserved the lion's share of the credit. Wilson was 3-4 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Devil Cats. The win gives Wicker Park a record of 15-14.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Wilson hit a fastball from Jonathan Short for a run-scoring single. The Devil Cats, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
