Fishers Earn 6-2 Win Against Shamrocks
The Wildwood Fishers faced a tough opponent in Letterkenny pitcher Aydan Farmer, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Letterkenny Memorial Ballpark by a final score of 6-2 in 10 innings. Farmer went 8 innings and allowed 1 run. The defeat makes the Shamrocks 10-18.

Francisco Fernández came through with a big-time hit for Wildwood. The pinch hitter smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 3-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"I thought we played a nice game," Fernández told the Wildwood Observer. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
