The Dam Site Drifters topped the Motown Hitmakers, 6-5, in 12 innings at The Upper Deck. The game was highlighted by the performance of Dam Site pitcher Marty Wright. The win belonged to John Mitchell in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Newton Abraham took the loss for Motown. The loss drops Motown to 3-7.

Dam Site used the timely hitting of Eduardo Burgos to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 12th inning to put the Drifters on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

In postgame comments, Burgos said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
