Yard Cats Rally For Late Win Over Mud Hens
The Yard Cats grabbed a win, 4-2, at Moses Fleetwood Walker Stadium, overcoming a fine effort from Great Black Swamp pitcher Fernando Valenzuela. Valenzuela went 6.2 innings and allowed no runs. Arthur Brown picked up his 2nd save of the season. The victory makes Ypsi 2-1.

Artie Miller, who finished 4th in the TTWB in on-base percentage with .349 in 2061, helped out the Ypsi cause in the top of the eighth inning with a 2-run double. For the game, the second baseman went 1 for 4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Miller.
