Patrick Batters Winchester Big Time Saturday, June 27th , 2122 Who needs batting practice? Apparently not Burnham Isotopes catcher Dan Patrick, who missed the team's pre-game session but peppered the visiting Winchester Hilltops for 5 hits come game time. The Isotopes went on to take the 14-13 win. "I was late to the park and I wasn't sure coach was even going to keep me in the lineup," he told the press after the game. "Maybe I should skip BP more often." Dan Patrick grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 8th, hit an RBI single in the 9th and singled in the 11th.
