5-for-5 Day for Silva Wednesday, July 29th , 2116 Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. Rafael Silva of the Austin Aviators had one of those moments when he went 5-for-5 at the plate today in the 15-7 win over the Silver City Cliff Dwellers at Austin Municipal Park. "I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 23-year-old second baseman told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years." Rafael Silva singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
