Parsons Stands Out in Colorado (DSL) Shutout Friday, June 25th , 2038 Rich Parsons had an impressive outing at Baseball City Complex, hurling the Colorado (DSL) Rockies 1 to a 2-0 shutout victory over the Chicago A (DSL) White Sox. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Chicago A (DSL) skipper said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the right-handed Parsons yielded 2 hits and tallied 10 strikeouts with no walks. |
