Asiku Grabs EL Reliever of the Year Wednesday, October 21st , 2037 He may only be 25, but Agdada Asiku of the Temba Sting has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Eastern League. The reliever was today named the EL Reliever of the Year winner for 2037. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 6 saves in 43 relief appearances and 33 strikeouts in 58 innings. He had a record of 1-1 to go with his 1.40 ERA. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Stuart Ellwood of the Stellenbosch Tanks finished second in voting, while Lulaklenzi Baraka of the Kroonstad Rocketmen finished third.
