A W Reliever of the Year Winner Named Sunday, October 12th , 2036 He may only be 23, but Nate Howlett of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Low-A West. The reliever was today named the A W Reliever of the Year winner for 2036. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 40 saves in 58 relief appearances and 68 strikeouts in 63.1 innings. He had a record of 6-6 to go with his 1.28 ERA. He received 8 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Kevin Adams of the Inland Empire 66ers finished second in voting, while Huibert Lubbers of the Visalia Rawhide finished third.
