Hit Streak for Adame Reaches 20 Thursday, July 23rd , 2037 Curve catcher Phil Adame has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 2-for-3 in today's game against the Richmond Flying Squirrels. Altoona won the ballgame, 4-3. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Phil Adame flied out in the 1st, singled in the 4th and hit an RBI double in the 5th. On the year, Adame is hitting .368 with 91 hits, 5 home runs, 31 RBIs, .413 OBP and has scored 28 runs. |
