Super Swinger -- Zamora Slams 5 Hits Sunday, April 26th , 2037 Reading Fightin Phils center fielder Alex Zamora went ballistic with the bat. He hammered the Richmond Flying Squirrels for 5 hits to help Reading win, 14-11, over Richmond at The Diamond. Alex Zamora singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, walked in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 9th. Zamora is batting .488 with 5 home runs and 13 RBIs this season. |
