Los Angeles-Houston Fight Results in Suspensions Tuesday, July 10th , 2040 Jorge Becerra of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Jose Vaca of the Houston Astros will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Dodgers-Astros game at Minute Maid Park. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Becerra and Vaca will begin serving them soon. So far this season, Becerra has put up a .199 batting average with 30 hits, 3 home runs and 9 RBIs. In 18 starts this season, Vaca has rung up a 5-2 record and a 4.28 ERA. |
