Texas right fielder Jimmy Albitz had a good game, even if his team did not. The Rangers dropped a 6-5 decision to Arizona at Globe Life Field. Albitz was 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Jaden Ellison, credited with the win in relief, is now 2-0. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. The Rangers fall to 6-8 and continue their lackluster start to the 2038 season.

Arizona went in front, 6-5, on Angelo Polanco's 3rd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Polanco hit in the top of the ninth, left Texas pitcher Chris Simington visibly perturbed.

"I like the grit of this ballclub," Polanco said.
