The Chicago Cubs knocked off the Nashville Stars, 7-5, at Stars Yard. Hector Andrade hit 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 4 runs. Yugerten Wandaba earned the win to go to 12-9. He allowed 4 runs on 4 hits, with 1 walk and 7 strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work. Jarod Glass earned save number 27 this season.
Chicago took a 7-4 lead on Andrade's 34th double of the season. The 2-run double, which he hit off Mike Hall in the top of the eighth, propelled Chicago to the win.
