|
Andy Lawson of the St. Louis Cardinals worked his mound magic on the New York Mets. He blanked them, 8-0, on 3 hits, registering 11 strikeouts and no walks.
"Making good pitches is the name of the game and I made some good ones in this one," said Lawson.
