White Sox Dealt 8-5 Home Loss
|
No one was more impactful than Rodolfo Nava in the 8-5 Seattle win over Chicago. Nava, who is tied for 4th in the AL in bases on balls with 65, was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk. Jose Urbano notched his 2nd save of the season. The 5th-place White Sox have lost 4 consecutive games.
A.J. Peluso, who is tied for 5th in the AL in stolen bases with 27, helped out the Seattle cause in the top of the seventh inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the center fielder went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk.
"The credit goes to our offense," said Seattle manager Austin D.
