|
The Los Angeles Angels weathered a fine game by San Francisco first baseman Ramon Avilar to upend the Giants, 5-4, at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Avilar was 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The Angels have an impressive 62-24 record.
