Lake of the Bend Rafters strung a bunch of high quality starts together in August to earn the Northwest League Pitcher of the Month trophy. For the month he finished with a superlative 3 wins and no losses and a 0.86 ERA. The Bend star started 6 games, pitched 41.2 innings and struck out 37.
