Bad Boy Brawlers Suspended 4 Games Sunday, July 31st , 2061 The league commissioner has issued 4-game suspensions to Sil Machado of Salem-Keizer and Aaron Bossert of Everett. The two players were involved in a confrontation during a recent Volcanoes-AquaSox game at Volcanoes Stadium and now will miss time because of it. Neither player would comment on the suspensions. Hitting .258 to date, Machado has 2 home runs and 7 RBIs. He has played in 23 games. Bossert's record so far this season is 1-and-0 with no saves and a 3.00 ERA. He has given up 14 hits in 18 innings with 16 strikeouts. |
