Spartans Officially Clinch Playoff Spot Sunday, September 3rd , 2051 Olympia Spartans players hooted and hollered with excitement today when the club made it official - they've secured a playoff spot. The Northwest League North Division title is not yet secured, but the club will be going to the postseason regardless, on the strength of their current 43-21 record. "Proud of the guys, proud of our effort," said left fielder Davy Fonseca. "These guys are hungry to bring the 5th A- Championship Series to our franchise." |
