Ramos Cracks 5 Hits Thursday, July 24th , 2064 Jessie Ramos had an answer for everything the Vermont Lake Monsters threw at him at Falcon Park. The Auburn catcher went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Doubledays a win, 16-2. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Ramos said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Jessie Ramos singled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
