Gaudreault Stretches Hit String to 20 Thursday, July 18th , 2052 Chiefs center fielder Brian Gaudreault has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 2-for-4 in today's game against the Hamilton Red Wings. Wenatchee won the ballgame 4-3. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Brian Gaudreault singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, walked in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. This year Gaudreault is batting .435 with 30 hits, 2 home runs, 10 RBIs, 11 walks, .512 OBP and has scored 21 runs. |
