Oscar Esparza Hurt, Out 4 Months Monday, April 29th, 2019 A blow for Oscar Esparza today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4 months with a torn rotator cuff. Esparza suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Columbus Catfish are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Esparza's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. To date this season Esparza has compiled a 1-0 record with a 1.52 ERA in 6 starts. |
