Ventura-Lancaster Brawl, Turner and Myers Suspended Sunday, July 31st , 2061 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Ventura-Lancaster contest at The Hanger. The Gulls Trae Turner and the JetHawks Drew Myers will have to sit out 4 and 8 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. In his 2061 season totals, Turner has 6 home runs, .278 BA, .331 OBP, 35 RBIs and 43 runs scored. This season, Myers has nailed down 1 save with 37 strikeouts in 53 innings. He is credited with 3 wins and no losses and has a 5.77 earned run average. |
