Neville on a Rampage, Hits for Cycle Thursday, July 24th , 2059 It was a special day for Keldon Neville at Hammond Stadium. Not only did Neville's Rancho Cucamonga Rattlers beat the Pittsburg Diamonds, 13-3, but the first baseman hit for the cycle along the way. The 23-year-old Neville racked up 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to get his name in the record books. For the game, he went 4-for-5 with 1 run batted in and 3 runs scored. "He hit everything we threw," said Diamonds manager Joe Reyes. "There was just no getting him out today." Speaking to the press after the game, Neville said his goal for the day had been to look for "first pitch fastballs." "I got some good looks today," he said. Keldon Neville doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Charlie Sullivan in the 4th, singled in the 5th, tripled in the 7th and struck out in the 8th.
