Robbins Hits in 20 Consecutive Games Thursday, July 28th , 2061 T.J. Robbins collected 1 hit in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 20 games. His club, the Santa Cruz Cruisers, beat the Sonoma Stompers, 9-4. "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball," Robbins quipped to a BNN reporter after the game. "I'm excited about how things are clicking." T.J. Robbins grounded out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Tito Metheney in the 5th, walked in the 7th and was hit by a pitch in the 9th.
