There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.

Traver Snead is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-6 against the Riverside Red Wave at Roger Dean Stadium today. The monster effort from the 22-year-old second baseman helped the Lake Elsinore Storm take the win, 16-7.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Red Wave manager Damani Mayo. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."

Traver Snead singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run double in the 8th and struck out in the 9th.

This year Snead has hit at a .282 pace and produced 21 RBIs, 2 home runs and scored 31 runs.
