Ports Luco Snags CAL Player of the Week Monday, May 13th , 2052 All week long nobody could get Leighton Luco out in the California League and that is the prime reason he was voted the Player of the Week. The Stockton shortstop took home the trophy by blasting 11 hits in 18 at-bats for a .611 batting average, driving in 4 runs and scoring 3 times.
