Stockton Starting Pitcher Out Saturday, May 11th , 2052 A blow for Jeffry Pimentel today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4 months with a torn meniscus. Pimentel suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Stockton Ports are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Pimentel's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. So far this year Pimentel has compiled a 1-1 record with a 2.04 ERA. |
