Modesto's Quin Gets CAL Player of the Week Monday, May 6th , 2052 One of the league's most exciting young players, Daric Quin of the Modesto Nuts earned himself California League Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 25-year-old left fielder had a lofty .733 average (11-for-15), collecting 1 home run, 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored. This year Quin is hitting .333 with 4 home runs and 17 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .410 clip and scored 22 runs. |
