Blockbuster Deal Announced in SKY Saturday, December 6th, 2025 Everybody in Detroit and Toronto is talking about the blockbuster trade between Tigers and Blue Jays involving top-notch players. In the deal announced today Detroit has acquired 26-year-old LF Mike Livingston, 25-year-old 3B Nate Maleski, 27-year-old minor league RHP David Flores and 31-year-old RHP Andy Denholm from the Blue Jays and in return will receive 26-year-old LHP Miguel Jimenez, a 2nd round draft pick and a 4th round draft pick. Taking the mound 165 times in his career, Jimenez has compiled an ERA of 3.00 with 41 saves. He has tossed 207 innings with 261 strikeouts and 47 free passes. Opponents have hit .225 against him. He has a won-lost record of 12-10. His lifetime stats show that Livingston has hit .274 and connected for 87 home runs. |
